• Rate includes 2 people and 2 cars. Additional people charged regular monthly add-on fee.
  
• Three months to be paid upon arrival. Electric deposit to be paid on or before arrival and will be applied to last month of electricity.
  
• Electric to be paid at the end of each 30-day stay
  
• No refunds for early departure
